Estate Agents/Property Management/Estate and Block Management companies and Landlords
Our team of competent roofers provide roofing repairs to a range of multinational property management companies alongside, smaller independent lettings agents who also provide property management services to their landlords.
We are happy to provide a free no obligation quote and understand that some of the quotations may take time to turn into a works order, especially if the quotation is to a property manager who looks after a converted property and there are many leaseholders and a section 20 notice may be required.
Facility Management Companies
Commercial properties may not be managed by the property owner, but by an FM (Facility Management Company), we are able to provide a free no-obligation quote for a roof replacement or roof repairs for commercial facility management companies and we have experience of working with both larger and smaller FM companies.
Due to the size of some of the commercial properties access may have to be via a cherry picker, we have IPAF qualifications so this work can be provided by our team of roofing experts. Commercial rooftops can include industrial warehouses with both older and newer styles of rooftops, high street and retail facilities in both larger shopping developments as well as high street locations. We are confident in working with local authorities to gain pavement licences, but this can add on time to providing a detailed quotation.
Commercial properties and Industrial Landlords
Our team at Hodgson Roofing have worked directly for commercial and industrial landlords and understands the need for an urgent response, especially when a facility is occupied, and commercial tenants’ work can be affected by a leaking or storm-damaged roof.
We can provide an immediate temporary repair (if it is safe for our roofers to access the roof) and at the same time quotation for the repair to the roof or a replacement roof.
Property Developers
Hodgson Roofing has a track record of working alongside other independent property developers, we can work with the site manager, architect or project manager and can provide a labour-only roofing quotation or we are able to provide a quotation to include the roofing materials.

Schools, Colleges, Nursing homes, Care Homes, Hospitals, Dental Practices and Doctors’ Surgeries
We work with main contractors who work in the public sector as well as for privately owned facilities in health, elderly care and education facilities. Doctors and Dentist practices are often in older converted residential properties and the rooftops can need regular maintenance checks as well as repairs. We can work with the Practice Manager in the health settings and School Caretakers and Site Managers in Education facilities. We can provide DBS checks if requested and are also able to give references for work in schools and hospitals.
Local Authorities
We have experience working with main contractors as roofing subcontractors and also as main roofing contractors in local authorities. Our team of competent roofers have worked on flat roof projects and also other major roofing projects for properties owned by the local authority.
