HODGSON ROOFING - Meet the team
Please let us introduce you to a few of the key members of the team and some of the people you may well get to speak to in the office.
Aaron Hodgson
Aaron launched Hodgson Construction in December 2014, specialising in Loft Conversions and Extensions. Over the years, the team have installed slate, tiled and flat roofs on construction projects. In 2021 he decided to launch Hodgson Roofing with his team of expert roofers, successfully achieving NFRC accreditation that year.
Charlie Dunkley
Charlie began his career in roofing at Hodgson Construction, originally joining as a carpenter and eventually becoming Roofing Director and then launching Hodgson Roofing with Aaron Hodgson in 2021. Charlie successfully achieved accreditation with NFRC and in 2023 became a member of LWRA. Charlie manages all of the Health and Safety on site, giving our clients the reassurance that our roofers are working safely at the client's premises. Charlie runs the team of expert roofers and he will be the estimator that visits your commercial or domestic premises to provide you with a free quotation.
Sofia Byrne
Sofia runs the office for Hodgson Roofing and Hodgson Construction. Sofia deals with all client communications, booking in the initial works, and supporting the Directors of the business. She deals with all our contractors, and suppliers and schedules in all of the roofing jobs. Sofia has been with the business since June 2020 and her role has grown from Office Manager to managing all our roofing and construction operations.
Sue Jordan
Sue runs all of the finance for Hodgson Roofing and Hodgson Construction, she is trained in Xero our accounting platform and has always worked in Finance all her career.
Sharna Hodgson
Sharna works in the administration department, booking all clients in for their roofing works, and following up on all quotations. Sharna is married to Aaron Hodgson and is part of the family business.
Amanda Gee
Amanda works in the business developing new commercial relationships for our roofing business. Amanda supports the directors of the business with Health and Safety, accreditations and training.
Ellen Gammell
Ellen joined Hodgson Roofing in November 2023, having completed her A Levels in Business Studies, Product Design and Physical Education. Ellen decided to come into industry rather than going on to university and brings with her experience in construction from her family background.
