Replacement of a Flat Roof in North London.
This is the strip-off element of a flat roof system that has had multiple overlays over the years and the client finally decided to get a professional team in to solve the roofing issues, which a number of different roofers had attempted to repair.
The client had been using the room below for an office and the room was experiencing dampness and a series of leaks.
Our team were on site for under a week and we completely stripped back to the joists and then fitted new firings (so the roof finally had the correct fall), a new 18mm OSB Ply and a 3-layer felt system.
